OpenLXP is an open-source solution that unifies and connects enterprise learning resources to manpower requirements, competencies, and credentials—enabling discovery, alignment, and workforce readiness.
Built on the Total Learning Architecture, OpenLXP enables organizations to:
Create inventories of manpower requirements (work roles, KSATs, competencies, credentials).
